     Assist the homeowner in properly staging the home

     Take over 100 pictures of the property, each room/yard to be staged accordingly

     Take measurements for the flyer floor plan

     Place lock box close to front door

     Design and print full color brochures on high quality paper with flyer floor plan on the back

     Place sign with flyer box full of color brochures, check for flyers every three days

     Place the property on the RE/MAX international listing network

     Notify my personal buyers and my local office of the property

     Place the property on the Multiple Listing Service for other agents to market

     Build web page specifically for this property

     Set up Search Engine Optimization for property address (should result in over 20 hits property address)

     Set up Craigslist ads, renew every three days

     Schedule a Broker Open House within two weeks. Advertise Broker Open House on local distribution sheets, Multiple Listing Services and all

     internet based listing sites. Attend the Broker Open House meeting and announce the listing/open house (300 agents attend). Offer 
     beverages, candy and a $150.00 local restaurant gift certificate to any agent that drops their card at the open house and wins the raffle (to 
     attract more agents to the open house).

     Hold several Public Open Houses during the marketing period. Place signs throughout the neighborhood to attract visitors.

     Target market Buyers that may be interested in the property via mail, email, texting, Facebook and telephone.
